Ingredients

100 g of wholemeal spaghetti

100 g of fresh spinach

200 g cherry tomatoes

1 garlic clove

A few fresh or dried basil leaves

Salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil

Grated or powdered cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta.

Step 2

Put a little olive oil in a frying pan, add the finely chopped garlic and cook until golden.

Step 3

Then add the spinach. Wait until most of the water evaporates and add the cherry tomatoes cut in halves or in quarters.

Step 4

Let it cook over a medium heat so the tomatoes break apart and start making a sauce. At this point season to taste.

Step 5

Once the pasta is ready and the vegetables cooked, pour the pasta into the frying pan and add a little of the cooking water to make the sauce creamy.

Step 6

Mix, season and your pasta with spinach is ready! You just need to top it off with cheese and enjoy!
