with tomatoes and spinach

Ingredients

500 g GALLO Spaghetti PastaFina

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

1 garlic clove, chopped

200 g of cherry tomatoes

300 g of fresh spinach

Grated cheese (to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

In a pan with olive oil, cook the chopped garlic and spinach for a couple of minutes.

Step 2

Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for a few more minutes. Season and set aside.

Step 3

Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water with salt.

Step 4

Strain the pasta and add it to the pan with the spinach and tomatoes.

Step 5

Mix the pasta well and, if necessary, add a little more olive oil. Finally, add grated cheese to taste.
