1 package of Gallo Plumas No. 6
2 chicken breasts
100 ml of cooking cream
1 Tbsp of olive oil
80 g of dry Manchego cheese
½ tsp of ground black pepper
½ tsp of salt
Chive
Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling water following the package instructions. Strain and dress with oil. Save a little of the cooking water!
Season the diced chicken and brown over high heat. Add the cooking cream and a little of the previously saved cooking water.
Add the pasta, black pepper and chives. Stir well, serve and eat!
