Half a package of Gallo Tomato and Spinach Margaritas for salads
200 g of broccoli
150 g of grated carrot
120 g of cucumber
200 g of chickpeas
1 cup of lamb’s lettuce
1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of old mustard
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of Modena vinegar 6 tablespoons of olive oil
6 tablespoons of olive oil
Boil the Tomato and Spinach Spirals in plenty of water following the package instructions. Strain the pasta and save the cooking water. Dress the pasta with olive oil and salt.
Blanch the broccoli in the cooking water for two minutes. Prepare the sauce mixing the honey, mustard, salt, pepper and Modena vinegar. Add oil.
In a bowl mix the pasta with the broccoli, grated carrot, diced cucumber, chickpeas, lamb’s lettuce and sauce. Mix well and decorate with black sesame seeds.
