400 g of Gallo Spaghetti
3 eggs
Grated cheese
Black pepper (optional)
Olive oil and salt
Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water with a pinch of salt.
Strain it and set aside.
Sauté the pasta in a pot with a little olive oil.
Add the eggs and season.
Mix well, until the eggs are almost set.
Place it on a platter and top it with grated cheese.
