Ingredients

200 g of GALLO medium couscous

250 g of chicken breasts, skinless

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

2 tablespoons of olive oil

A pinch of salt

3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Bring 250 ml of water to the boil with a little oil and salt.

Step 2

Remove the pot from the heat and pour in 250 g of couscous. Stir and let it rest for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add butter and place the pot over a low heat again for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously with a fork. Let it cool.

Step 4

Dice the chicken and slice the peppers. Season and cook until done.

Step 5

Mix with the couscous and serve with a little parmesan cheese.
