1 package of Gallo tomato and spinach Pajaritas
12 cherry tomatoes
100 g of ham, chopped into small cubes
1 grated carrot
100 g of sweet corn
50 g of fresh cheese, chopped into small cubes
Olive oil
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Salt
Boil the pasta following the package instructions.
Strain and dress with oil and salt.
Grate the carrot and dice the ham and cheese.
Mix in a bowl and add the sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, the pasta and mayonnaise.
Stir gently. Put in the fridge to enjoy it cold later.
